2024 BET Awards: See All the Celebrity Fashion on the Red Carpet

Get ready for the ride of your life.
The 2024 BET Awards are kicking off in Los Angeles June 30, with Megan Thee Stallion set to open the ceremony with a show-stopping performance. Culture’s Biggest Night will then continue to soar with performances by Ice Spice, Latto, Victoria Monét Ms. Lauryn Hill, YG Marley and more top musicians.
But before any of the singers take the mic, they're strutting their stuff on the red carpet—including Tia Mowry, Yvette Nicole Brown, Anthony Davis, Cory Hardrict and Candace Maxwell, who kicked off the celebrations with bold ensembles.
Will Smith will also be making an appearance, with the Oscar winner expected to debut a new original song onstage. Although Smith made a surprise cameo during J Balvin's Men In Black-inspired Coachella set back in April, the BET Awards will mark his first big solo performance since his infamous 2022 Oscars slap.
Later in the night, fans will find out who will be taking home the coveted trophies. While Drake leads the nominations with seven, Nicki Minaj follows closely with six—and they'll go head-to-head for Album of the Year alongside Chris Brown, Gunna, 21 Savage, Usher, Killer Mike and Monét, who earned the Grammy for Best New Artist earlier this year.
"It’s an incredible reminder that when you want something, the only thing between you and that thing is time," she wrote on Instagram after the win, "and if you’re willing to spend that time in your highest forms of hard work, passion, consistency and gratitude for the journey, your dreams will have no choice but to run to you!!"
